News: Stay at Filefjellstuene – explore the entire region by bus
Stay at Filefjellstuene and let the new Fjord and Mountain Route take you on an adventure this summer.
Breakfast in the mountains, day trip to the Sognefjord – and back again for the evening. With the new Fjord and Mountain Route you can use Filefjellstuene as a base, and easily explore some of the region's most spectacular places, without being dependent on a car.
The bus takes you to Utladalen, Kongevegen, Lærdalsøyri, Aurland, Flåm and Gudvangen – and back again. The route is specially adapted for day trips, so the departures are perfect for an active day out.
The Fjord and Mountain Route runs from July 1 to August 31, 2026. Tickets are easily booked in advance via Vy.
