A la carte at Easter

From Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday we serve à la carte every evening at Filefjellstuene. Remember to book a table to ensure a seat. 

The kitchen is open from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with last seating at 9:30 PM. Here you can choose freely from the menu and put together your own dinner – whether you want a quiet evening or a pleasant end to a day in the mountains.

You can easily book a table on your desired day and time via this page. Drop-in is possible if we have capacity.

If you stay with us, you can also add dinner when you book a room or package.

What's on the menu?

During Easter, we serve an à la carte menu inspired by seasonal ingredients, with a focus on great flavors and a touch of local. 

Appetizers

Nicoise salad
Choose between hot smoked salmon or fried chicken
Vegetarian: halloumi
Vegan: tofu

Pumpkin soup
Served with cheese and garlic bread

Main courses

Salmon gratin
With smoked salmon, capers and oven-baked potatoes

Pan-fried sous vide chicken breast
Served with carrot puree, vegetables and potatoes

Reindeer roast
Served with celery root puree, mushrooms and red wine sauce

Desserts

Cheesecake with hazelnut base
Served with vanilla ice cream and berry sauce

Warm brownie
Served with chocolate ice cream and toffee sauce
