Chocolate tasting (90 min.) 

Learn to taste real quality chocolate; take a bite, close your eyes and enjoy! Tone takes you on an exploration of confections and flavor combinations and tells you about her different flavors. Hear the story of how she uses local products to flavor her Chocolate Notes.

Chocolate course (6 hrs.)

Dive into the world of Chocolate Denotes and join in making your own confection. Learn the basic steps in confection production. An exciting course that includes tempering, molding and filling confections. A tasty and educational day with Chocolate Denotes!

About the course instructor

Sjokoladenoteter is a small chocolate factory located in Vennis in Vang. Here, genuine locally produced confectionery is made by hand. Tone, who is behind the chocolate notes, is a trained chef and dessert chef in France. Inspired by the mountains in Vang, each chocolate piece is unique with its color, shape and filling. She prefers to find the ingredients for the filling in the surrounding areas; for example, blackcurrants from Søre Bøe in Vang, and raspberries from Lærdal.
